Sir Tom and Sir Cliff, both 71, will also perform along with Sir Elton John, 64, Dame Shirley Bassey, 75, Jessie J, 23, and Annie Lennox, 57, together with boy band JLS and singer songwriter Ed Sheeran, 20. A national ballot will now take place for those wishing to attend the free concert on Monday June 4, which will be broadcast live on BBC One, BBC One HD, BBC Radio 2 in Britain and simulcast throughout the world.
