Regarding “German Cultural Appeasement,” (Op-ed, Feb. 9) about the treatment of political Islam in the German press, I do not know who or what made Benjamin Weinthal think that I suffered a “relapse into appeasement.” But I can assure you that I never have or will be affected by such a disease. Nor did I ever write anything that might suggest anything close to such a diagnosis.
